The upgrade from FTTC/FTTN to FTTP (Fibre) typically takes 1–2 weeks, but it can take longer for more complicated installations. Once the new fibre line and required equipment has been installed to your home, you will be able to access your new faster fibre connection. You won’t be charged for the higher speed tier until the upgrade is complete.
