This is a short guide on how to change your own service plan on the Solitary Technology Client Portal.
First, select your current plan under Packages as highlighted below
Once you have done so, you should see this page.
On the left, under Quick Actions, you will see Upgrade/Downgrade at the bottom of the list. This is where you can change your current plan with the dropdown box shown below.
Finally, click the Submit button, and you’re done.
